In our project we are always:
- giving first priority to children and their rights and needs.

- having a gender perspective, as development projects might have different influence on men and women.

- encouraging participation, and involve the target groups throughout the whole project cycle.

- focusing on sustainability. Economical, social, political and environmental factors should be seen together with the development
strategies - and the projects should sustain after we have withdrawn our monetary support.

- building capacity among beneficiaries to our projects and our cooperating partners. We should strengthen peoples own visions,
self esteem and empower them to create change by themselves.

- being transparent in our work.
